Their proven technology, the WindFloat – a floating wind turbine foundation – enables the development of transitional and deep-water sites (greater than 40 meters), providing access to the world’s highest capacity wind resources. Without floating foundation technologies, such as the WindFloat, offshore wind farm installations in these water depths have not been feasible due to economic and technological limitations.
